The JV partners are Vietfracht Transport and Chartering Corporation, which has been operating shipping and logistics businesses for over 40 years, ICD Song Than and Bizlaw Vietnam. Mr Kim Kyung Soo, Unithai Group MD, Mr Tran Van Quy, CEO of Vietfracht Transport and Chartering Corporation, Mr Cao Tien Thuan, Director of ICD Song Than and Mr Nguyen Hai Nan, MD of Bizlaw Vietnam signed the JV contract on 29 Aug 2007 at Saigon New Port, Ho Chi Minh City.

The JV company will establish a warehouse and distribution centre at Song Than ICD, which is part of Saigon New Port Company, the largest container terminal and distribution centre in Vietnam. The new 200,000-sqm facility will be one of the largest warehouse and distribution centres in Vietnam, serving industrial growth and rising demand for logistics services in the region.
