Accountabilities: |
Reporting to the General Manager and leading the
sales and marketing team to manage various residential
and commercial complex projects in China, the incumbent’s
principle accountabilities include:
- Involvement in the property development process
from conceptual design to creating advertising
and sales strategies
- Develops and formulates sales & marketing
and strategies for the group's property developments
- Provides design and advice on property sales
trends, market positioning, branding and pricing
strategies to achieve desired business result

| Minimum
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes: |
- Professional qualification or university
degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing
or related disciplines
- Between 15 - 18 years relevant experience
in property sales and marketing of which 10
years at management level. Must have exposure
in the China property market.
- Strong marketing sense and creativity in
sales & marketing campaign designs
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese
and English
