Accountabilities: |
Reporting to the General Manager and leading a
full on-site project team, the incumbent’s
principle accountabilities include:
- Formulates and oversees the planning and management
of property development projects to ensure work
progress timeliness, quality and specifications
compliance
- Formulates and implements construction work
programs to ensure projects are completed on
schedule.

| Minimum
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes: |
- Professional qualification or university
degree in Building, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical
or Electrical), Architecture, Surveying or construction
related disciplines
- Between 15 - 18 years relevant experience
in project management of which 10 years at management
level. Has knowledge and experience in project
management in China
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good people management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese
and English
- Willing to travel frequently
