Accountabilities: |
Reporting to the Project General Manager and leading
a full on-site project team, the incumbent’s
principle accountabilities include.
- Organizes and directs on-site activities
which may include single-area / multi-area /
multi-discipline construction projects

Ensures job-site operations
compliance in terms of design specifications,
budget, quality and completion schedule |

| Minimum
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes: |
- Professional qualification or university
degree in Building, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical
or Electrical), Architecture or Surveying
- More than 10 years in project, construction
or engineering management
- Good people management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese
and English
