Reporting to the Group Business Development Director
and leading the business development team in Shanghai,
the incumbent’s principle accountabilities
include:
- Project Positioning:

- Sourcing for suitable land:

Conducts due diligence |

Risk management |

Contract negotiation |

| Minimum
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes: |
- Professional qualification or university
degree in Economics or Management, MBA preferred
- Above 12 years of relevant experience in
project development or feasibility studies Has
knowledge and experience in project development
in China
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good people management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese
and English
- Willing to travel frequently
