The IMC Group has significant interests in various residential,
commercial and lifestyle real-estate projects throughout
Asia. It is a firm believer of integrating the concept
of lifestyle with real estate and this feature is seen
across its major properties-Suntec City Convention and
Exhibition Centre, Singapore and Menara IMC office tower,
Kuala Lumpur.
The IMC Group has also been investing in real estate in
China since the early 1980s. It jointly built the 30-storey
multi-function office building, Apong Mansion which was
notably the most advanced building at the time it was
launched.
Major projects under construction include the IMC Centre
in Qingdao which is expected to be completed by 2011.
It will feature the tallest office tower in Qingdao and
will also house service apartments, high-end retailers,
boutiques and entertainment facilities.
The Group has also invested in the industrial sector and
operated six factories in different cities, for manufacturing
quality building products in China. |
